Article III Project Founder and President Mike Davis says Special Counsel Jack Smith knows his new superseding indictment against former President Donald Trump won’t be tried before the November election. “His goal is to have an evidentiary hearing, a mini-trial, in front of D.C.-Obama Judge Tanya Chutkan before the election on presidential immunity to try to interfere in the election,” he says.
