"REPTILIAN"? WHAT?!?

This brief video clip compelled me to do some creative editing because what Nancy Pelosi says here goes by so quickly that some viewers may think that perhaps they heard her wrong. Because of that, I slowed bits of the video and added animated captions to enhance what Pelosi said.

I do not know what the context of this conversation on PBS is, but what Pelosi says here pretty makes everything else irrelevant.
It certainly raises more than a few questions, doesn't it.
