How Have You Had the Success of 40 Years, and Counting, in the Music Industry?

Rachel Mains talks with Stryper's frontman, Michael Sweet, about how he's successfully been in the music industry for 40 years and how his faith has shaped him.

Commemorating 40 years of recording and releasing music, Stryper continues to churn out rock-solid albums and pulsating live performances. The hardworking group shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

Following on the heels of their successful studio project The Final Battle (Frontiers Music Srl), the definitive foursome released their first-ever acoustic album, Acousticyzed, on February 16, 2024. The double-disc set features an audio CD and DVD/Blu-ray video recorded and filmed at SpiritHouse Studios in western Massachusetts.

Due to high demand for the acoustic project, the group decided to partner with Flatiron Recordings on an additional release - To Hell with the Amps. It will be the first Stryper album to be available in Dolby Atmos, and will be available digitally on May 10, 2024, with physical editions (including Blu-ray, CD, DVD, cassette and vinyl formats) to follow in June. The Blu-ray and DVD editions will feature a full live performance video of the album.
