Hatha Yoga Class Intermediate- Advanced
In this class we are gonna move through a standing sequence. Less Vinyasa Flows. Less Planks. Less poses that involve wrist strength/flexibility.
The focus is on leg and lower body work, backbends,strong standing sequence, Revolving poses, Hip openers, quadriceps stretches, Intention Meditation, Contemplation, Relaxation, Breath, Prayer.

Warriors, Half Moon Pose, Plie squats. headstands, kings pigeon, murmaid pose, eka pada rajakapotasana. frog stretch, twists, standing half splits
