Welcome to my first official walk through of how I train my body at home. I like to be comfy, since l'm not able to go to the gym. I help my husband run his business, I homeschool our oldest daughter, and we also run an Onroad Rc Race Track. I do my best to make time for myself and I hope that you decide to do the same! Every exercise and video, you will do 8-12 reps x 4 total sets. I don’t show every single set, so that my videos aren’t too long.
