Here is an Oregon voter named Amy Molthan who says the State of Oregon has a policy of switching independent voters to Democratic. Amy's Oregon registration was secretly changed (against her will) to Democrat twice. Amy also has firsthand knowledge of other Oregonians who found themselves registered Democrat without their permission.
