Return criminal penalties for those who take advantage of disabled veterans or their families

Dear American Legion Family Members and Friends,
Few insults are more egregious than to take advantage of disabled veterans or their families, under false pretenses. We know it’s immoral to exploit any veteran filing for VA benefits. The American Legion wants the return of criminal penalties enforced against these non-accredited violators. 
The American Legion or other accredited veterans service organizations (VSO) are the best first step for veterans seeking assistance because we successfully provide expert help free of charge for hundreds of thousands of veterans a year. We also understand and support a veteran’s freedom to choose representation – whether it’s a VSO, another claims agency, law firm or private company.
But we support that right on a key condition: that anyone who represents a veteran in the filing of a claim is accredited with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Accreditation means the representative has been vetted, is trained,  and is accountable to VA’s rules, which include the regulation of fees that can be charged.
These rules exist for good reasons. They prevent exploitation. As it now stands, nothing stops or deters profiteers from overcharging and taking advantage of veterans. That has to end.
The American Legion continues to work with VA to share information and educate veterans about free services available through VSOs like accredited American Legion service officers who helped veterans receive $16.8 billion in disability compensation last year alone.
All accredited representatives who assist veterans must be held to the same level of accountability as our service officers, who have been successfully helping with claims since the birth of VA.

JAG Hangs 250 in October | Real Raw News

The United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corp staff at Camp Blaz executed over 250 Deep State felons in October, sources in Guam told Real Raw News.
As reported in September, JAG hanged five of 100 physicians convicted of egregious COVID-19 crimes against the citizenry and promised to hang the rest when possible.
Those capital punishments, our source said, began on October 5 and ended on October 27, with JAG holding as many as 12 hangings a day. The punishments were overseen by either Admiral Johnathon Stephens or his representatives, who had the displeasure of hearing once defiant Deep State sympathizers suddenly beg for their lives atop the gallows, their pitiful wails crying out for mercy. At least half seemingly repented moments before they fell to their doom.
“It’s amazing how bold they are until they see the noose. It probably seems surreal to them until they feel it around the neck. Only then do they realize, at least a few, since a bunch of them have no problems cussing out the admiral as they’re teetering on the platform,” our source said.
JAG sent footage of their demise to the CDC, NIH, and Department of Health and Human Services, he added.
Also dead are the 160 of 165 Fort Drum soldiers who took part in live-fire wargames against cardboard and wooden cutouts adorned in MAGA attire at a plywood town near the military base.
Their Camp Blaz tribunal occurred on September 19 and saw their JAG-appointed counsel offer testimony that frustrated Admiral Stephens and the three-officer panel picked to weigh the case’s merits. Throughout an hour-long preamble, he insisted his clients were innocent because they had obeyed orders given by an officer and a senior NCO, and therefore could not be found guilty.
“A lapse in judgment is no crime. These are young men, some with families. To err is human,” the defense counsel said. “Superior misled them. That is the explanation.”
He could not, however, rationally explain why many of the accused had received from the Department of Defense $5,000 monthly stipends in addition to their base pay. He simply called the disbursements clerical and accounting errors over which the accused had no control.
That argument disintegrated when Admiral Stephens summoned five cooperative witnesses to the stand, each of whom confessed they were paid to join an “anti-Trump” coalition of the U.S. military in preparation for a future all-out war against President Trump and his supporters. They said they had sworn allegiance to President Biden and would kill on his command, saying, though, they had no idea who precisely authorized the payouts.
On multiple occasions, defense counsel called the prosecution’s witnesses “unreliable opportunists,” and he requested a mistrial due to an abundance of “circumstantial evidence.”
In the end, the panel sided with the prosecution and recommended the defendants be hanged by the neck until they were dead for committing treason and seditious conspiracy.
Their executions also took place in October, and a video was sent to the State Department.
Asked what happened to the five soldiers who cooperated with JAG, our source said, “They accepted a plea deal—15 years behind bars.”

Janet Yellen, the condemned, had pithy comments for Adm. Crandall and a delegation of officers as she stood atop the gallows wearing a rope necklace the morning of October 18.
“I hate you. I hate you, Crandall,” Yellen said, her voice strained and hoarse. “This is our country. Do you understand me? This is our country, ours, not yours, and nothing you do will change that. Do you hear me, Crandall?
The admiral glanced up at Yellen. “I hear you, but thankfully not for much longer. And who is “ours?”
Yellen looked over her shoulder at the hangman who was inspecting the rope for frayed strands. “You’ll die too,” she told him. She told Admiral Crandall, “I won’t say his name, but you know who he is and it doesn’t matter to you because he is untouchable. When the United States and Ukraine are merged and become the United States of Ukraine, he will reveal himself.”
“At first, I thought you were just evil. But you’re batshit crazy, too,” the admiral said. “You’re as delusional as those who were on that platform before you.”
“Then you’ve probably also heard this before, Crandall: We are everywhere.”
Admiral Crandall sighed deeply, then ordered the hangman to fulfill his duty. The button was pushed, and Yellen gasped and choked and writhed as the floor beneath her feet disappeared. Somehow, the jarring drop had compressed her teeth and severed the tip of her tongue. Her blood-filled mouth gurgled, and bubbles of crimson spittle dripped down her chin. She did not die immediately because the rope was not long enough, and the drop was too short; her neck didn’t break. Instead, she gradually strangled to death over several minutes, her bulbous body twisting and thrashing.
When she finally died, she looked like Jabba the Hut after Princess Leia strangled him with an electrical cord, the rest of her split tongue dangling between open lips.
A Navy physician noted her time of death: 11:13 a.m., October 18.
Following her death, a JAG source told Real Raw News that White Hats have seized “several billion” of Yellen’s domestic assets, which will be used to fund White Hat operations and compensate persons Yellen had grievously harmed.
