Greenport Fishing Boat “Hard To Get” 80 Miles Out At “The Dip”

8/24/2024 Captain Jon DiVello of the Greenport 33’ L&H Walkaround fishing boat “Hard to Get” departed at 4:30am enroute “The Dip” 80 miles out with his brother, Spearfisherman Joe DiVello and Spearfisherwoman Angela. Both Joe and Angela are free divers, no tanks.! Also in attendance, fishing rod and reel were weathered angler Greg Petree and cousin Edward. After the 3 1/2 hour journey, they fished through the night and into the following day, before heading home Sunday evening. They were back at the dock around 9:30 pm Sunday.
