Zelenskyy calls on Ukraine's allies to lift all conditions on use of long-range weapons

Ukraine has asked for help from its European neighbours following massive Russian airstrikes. Ukraine said fifteen different regions were hit by Russia's attack and reported several civilian casualties. Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the missile-and-drone bombardment was one of the largest of the war, and that it caused heavy damage to infrastructure, disrupting power and water supplies.
