NEW: Contrary to early reports today by The Blaze--which has now corrected its initial report claiming the alleged pipe bomber "interacted" and "met" with Capitol Police on Jan 5. changing it to a "similarly attired" person--that individual also did not speak with police.

Different camera angle shows the individual--who is not "similarly attired" to the hoodie pipe bomber--never encountering police who appear to be conducting a traffic stop.

The bookend clips in color were published by Steve Baker and the Blaze--CCTV footage in black and white in between those clips shows what happened.
