US-23 Repaving in Alpena and Alcona

The state is investing $3.8 million “to resurface 12.2 miles of US-23 from south of Island Drive in Alpena County to south of Hubert Road in northern Alcona County” according to a press release. Construction is slated to begin on Monday, September 9, and estimated to end on Friday, November 8.
