3-ingredient Oreo balls:

Ingredients:
Oreo Cookies (36 cookies)
Cream Cheese (8 ounces, softened)
Chocolate Chips (12 ounces, for melting)
Instructions:
Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they are finely crushed. If you don't have a food processor, you can place the cookies in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Mix with Cream Cheese: In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Form Balls: Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Chill: Place the balls in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to firm up.

Dip in Chocolate: Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring in between until fully melted. Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, making sure it's fully coated. Place the coated balls back on the parchment paper.

Set: Refrigerate the Oreo balls until the chocolate is set, usually about 1 hour.
