North Carolina Police 👮 officer chokes and slams his K9

This is an officer from South Carolina the behaviour he shows towards his dog is absolutely disgusting. Notice he said no witnesses. I’ve personally talked to an officer from the Carolinas he told me this is common for training. Officers phones are removed so this doesn’t get to the public. I was told this is how they make the dogs listen to them. People like this officer are scum not only does he choke the dog with its own collar but slams it up against the patrol car. Makes me sick if I saw this I’d be sure to make that cop eat his dogs leash. Don’t fuck with animals or kids simple.
