Drunk and Stubborn: Girl Turns into a Maniac once She's Cuffed

On April 7, 2023 in Florida, Officers Goree and Servider responded to an apartment complex in reference to two intoxicated people asleep by the pool. Management had called, because they had been unable to wake the two up. When the officers, along with Orlando Fire, arrived, the individuals awoke and left the pool area to go back to their apartment. Several minutes later, the officers were called back to the apartment complex. The apartment manager stated that the female was in the leasing office being disorderly and refusing to leave. This is footage of the events that followed.
