Russian armed forces launch massive missile strike on Ukraine

Russia has carried out a major missile and drone strike targeting various locations in Ukraine, with at least 65 targets being hit according to preliminary reports. Explosions were reported in Kharkov, Kiev, Odessa and various other locations around the country, beginning on Monday morning, while television broadcasts were cut off and air raid sirens were activated nationwide.

Several locations, including Kiev, reported power outages, with emergency power shutdowns later confirmed to be in place across Ukraine.
