you want to help try to solve them problems for them you know people who struggle with weight loss or consistency or building muscle or you know all of the above you know motivation discipline you know a lot of people struggle with that and they don't know where to start or how to begin or get the motivation drive back into their routine and you know that's what i sort of do you know i sort of dig into their feelings and you know try and give them some you know You know amazing answers and tips and tricks and stuff like that to sort of push them forward in the right direction And then yeah in the lives obviously you know I'm getting heaps of questions you know how do I lose weight How do I build strength How do I build muscle What's the best way to go about it You know and I just give you off the top of the hip man my advice on what I would do if I was in your similar situation and that's basically: i love the lives they're really good um really interactive and you can get really into some good questions and you know sometimes you get a couple of hard questions you know but you know there's all that i'm still learning yeah like it makes me actually dig deep it makes me dig deep and really think about that answer you know it makes me go oh man research this in a long time or you know i know a little bit about it you know i'll try and give you some you know explanations or you know or some like background knowledge that i've sort of had experience with this situation yeah it's really interesting but i love the i love the questions that just come out of nowhere and you just got to really think about them they they help you too then because when you get a question that stumps you you either can learn something else and study a bit more or you know you're like oh it's cool i didn't finally know that you know let's um use that at a different point and try to integrate it I can't help myself I use evidocional evidence I think I said that wrong so basically I'll say: I explained so I understand so if I haven't tried it because I don't give a about what studies say it's just the way that I am because I'm not a study guy I like it says I might look at a study and then says it does that or does this but so you've got to be careful studies because is that a trained individual how many meals is that person it's not a it's not an exact you know and and most studies can be manipulated to get the results you want from them if you understand what I mean So the evidence factual evidence or whatever I said so basically I will try it if it works I keep it if it doesn't work I get rid of it and adjust to something that actually does work But by saying that too obviously if you're in like the phase you're in at the moment You wouldn't be trying to introduce things if you're only 5 weeks out you'll do that you know that works You gotta be stubborn at that point if you get what I mean because you're at the grind time now on the home stretch yeah so the prep in the next 5 weeks is just about you know getting leaner maintaining the lean body mass so keeping that protein high keeping a stimulus into the muscle obviously to maintain as much tissue as possible
