Today, on day 199 of my sobriety journey, I listened to Dimash's performance of "Samaltau" from 2021. Before diving into the music, I reflected on how my training has been intense lately, leaving me feeling a bit tired. However, with the season approaching, I’m starting to see more clients returning for workouts. Although I’m not a fan of large crowds, season time is what it is, and I’ll embrace it.

I also took a moment to express my gratitude for all the subscribers and comments—I really appreciate the support.

As for the music, Dimash’s performance was nothing short of amazing. I was particularly captivated by the unique instrument played by one of his band members. The performance was great in so many ways, as always.
