Impulse and Momentum - Physics

This physics video demonstrates how to apply the impulse and momentum theorem to a physics problem. It gives a geometric interpretation of the impulse, which is a force applied over a time interval. An example of an explosion on a spring mass system is used to demonstrate how the impulse and momentum theorem can be used along with the conservation of energy to solve for the deformation of the spring.
