JFK goes so far as to say that there is nothing "more unfortunate than to have soft, chubby, fat-looking children."

Kennedy discusses a child who goes to watch a basketball game and considers that his weekly exercise.

JFK goes on to encourage the people of America to enrich their children's lives with exercise and adventure.

Childhood obesity remains a pressing issue in America
