1️⃣ Pull Apart Garlic Bread | Recipe ⬇️

Dough:
* 2 tsp dry yeast
* 1 tablespoon of sugar
* 500g flour, more if necessary
* 1 tsp salt
* 200ml oat milk
* 4 tbsp vegan butter
Roasted Garlic Butter:
* 1-2 garlic bulbs
* 1 tsp olive oil
* 100g vegan butter (room temperature)
* ½ tsp salt
* ¼ tsp black pepper
* Handful of chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, chives, parsley)
Preparation:
* Mix water, yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in a bowl. Let rest for 5-7 minutes. Gradually add flour, salt, oat milk and vegan butter and knead for 12-15 minutes. Cover and let rise for 45-60 minutes.
* For the garlic butter, preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut off the top of the garlic, place on aluminum foil, drizzle with olive oil and wrap tightly. Roast in the oven for 40 minutes. Check whether the garlic is soft, otherwise roast for another 5-10 minutes.
* Squeeze the garlic, discard the peel and mash the garlic in a bowl.
* Roll out the dough, spread butter on it and cut into squares. Lightly grease a loaf pan and place the squares in it.
* Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the bread for about 50 minutes until it is golden brown. If necessary, cover with aluminum foil. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
