I wanted to look great for my high school

reunion so I decided to give this a shot. I

reached my highest weight in my life and

just wanted something to help me develop

better habits. l've been using it for 6 months & today I was delighted with what I saw on the scales. I feel GREAT and I don't crave food like I used to. I'm won over and will be keeping this up!👍👍👍
