Dr. Harlan Cleveland advocated at the highest levels of world power for using electromagnetic energy to control the weather. Being that the use of electromagnetic energy in order to control the weather is the distinguishing aspect of today’s New Manhattan Project, let’s take a closer look at Dr. Cleveland. Cleveland worked for the same United Nations/Council on Foreign Relations establishment that we have covered here in previous episodes. He advocated for global weather control while simultaneously evangelizing for the theory of man made global warming. Dr. Cleveland was the most prominent globalist advocating for what I call the New Manhattan Project.
