The Wasp Woman aka The Bee Girl and aka Insect Woman, is a 1959 US— science-fiction horror film produced and directed by Roger Corman. Filmed in black-and-white, it stars Susan Cabot, Anthony Eisley, Michael Mark, and Barboura Morris. The owner of a large cosmetics company, Janice Starlin played by Susan Cabot agrees to fund research that can reverse the aging process by extracting enzymes from the royal jelly of the queen wasp. The stipulation is that she is the test subject.
