EASY Crockpot Lasagna

The crock pot cooks traditional Lasagna noodles perfectly! Save the time of boiling the noodles and laying them out first. The crockpot is also a great way to cook Lasagna without heating the kitchen! However, the crockpot depletes the flavor of dried Herbs. For more flavor, add additional herbs to your Lasagna at the end of cook time.

LASAGNA INGREDIENTS
9 to 15 Lasagna Noodles, depending on size of Crockpot and if you want extra Noodles!
1 to 1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef, Italian Sausage, or a Combination
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
3 Large Cloves, minced
1/2 Cup Chopped Bell Pepper, optional

EXTRA SEASONINGS I USE IN THE MEAT SAUCE ***
***1 1/2 TBSP Dried Oregano
***1 1/2 TBSP Dried Basil
Two 24-ounce Jars prepared Tomato & Basil Sauce or Three 15 1/2 Ounce Cans Basil Tomato Sauce
15 ounces Ricotta Cheese
2 Cups Mozzarella, divided (one cup is reserved to place on Lasagna after it is fully cooked)
1 Cup Parmesan
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
2-4 Tsp Italian Seasonings, plus additional for finished lasagna
