Injured Cat

This stray cat was rescued by a college student 2 days back.
She took the cat to Dr. Karthik Iyer, vet said the tail will fall off automatically
The cat has no place to go, bldg people are not allowing n shooing him away.
Rescuer can't afford the paid foster, cat needs a safe place until recovery.
Can anyone pls keep the cat🙏
