POLYCARP'S MARTYRDOM, REVELATION & APOSTOLIC SUCCESSION

In this session I refute a desperate Protestant's appeal to Revelation 2-3 to disprove Apostolic Succession. I discuss the evidence from Scripture that Christ will preserve his Church and never allow it to become corrupted.

I also spoke of Polycarp as an example of an Apostolic man taught by the Apostles whom Jesus praised in Revelation, and read the story of his being killed for Christ at the age of 86. Very touching and moving example of a Spirit-filled Saint.
