Calisthenics Hybrid Workout Day 3 Explosive Power

In today's calisthenics hybrid workout we have day 3 of power or explosive to plyometrics. I've never done this before as a sperate day but thought it would be fun and new to try and would help progress my other lifts. Focusing on power can help with strength and making us be more athletic. The Exercises chosen were stomach to bar pull ups, Kettlebell swing and burpee box jumps. This is a full body calisthenics workout focused on power and will hit the major movement needed to be explosive and powerful. I reps and sets were 5x5 with 3 mins rest in between to make sure we had full recovery to maximise performance, power training can be similar to strength training.
