Pakistan has some incredible food, from delicious pakora and gol gappa as snacks, to complex curries filled with various types of masala, paired with naan, roti, paratha... It goes on and on. But one food I didn't expect when I came to Pakistan were the burgers. They're everywhere! Pakistani people really seem to love burgers. Coming from America, the land of burgers, I have to admit, I was skeptical when I first tried it, but it turns out Pakistani people make a damn good burger... so good in fact that I dare say it's better than a lot of the stuff I've had in America, and with friendly, down-to-earth service from awesome people.
