In today’s video we do a first-time viewing reaction to Dax’s song “I can’t Breathe”
This song was obviously written about mental health struggles and the loss of someone close to you. In the video it appears this loss was his mother or a female close to him. Greif can be a thing that can consume us if we allow it to or if we aren’t supported by a strong group of friends/family.
Mental health should ALWAYS be taken seriously and we should try to help those in need if they need it. Never struggle alone if you can avoid it, it can be very dangerous to get lost in a downward spiral of sadness/depression.
