Fired NY Teacher Gets Her Day in Court

NY special education teacher Rachel Maniscalco — like many employees of the Empire State — was fired for declining to accept a COVID vaccination. But she and her attorney Jimmy Wagner argue that absent a hearing, this action violated the terms of her tenure.

Their appeal is scheduled for Sept. 11 in Albany + EVERYONE is invited.
