NY Genovese Control to Nuestra Familia to Bulldogs - Short History of Organized Crime - Fresno

For years the Luciano crime family out of New York ran my old neighborhood in Fresno. Later Vito Genovese took control of the family and thru Joe Sica most rackets were controlled. In the late 1970's a war broke out and eventually in 1982 Sica passed away of old age and the NF found its in hot water with the FBI.

The NF in Fresno (F-14) put in the most work and a rift started between them and other NF factions. Eventually they declared their independence from the NF and became Bulldogs.
