Oldboy 2003 is Simply Twisted yet extremely engaging. This version of the movie is insane!!! My god i'm writing this knowing of the plot twist beforehand but even still i can say that having watched the film, it still carries tremendous weight as seeing it carried out and fantastically executed by the cast is phenomenal and mind boggling. The acting talent in the film is amazing, Choi Min-sik as Dea su is great the emotional ranges he brings makes you love him and hate him, Kang Hye-jung as Mido provides that innocence and makes a very likeable character and of course Yoo Ji-tae as Woo Jin makes a diabolical villain but with his backstory his actions become somewhat ever so slightly understandable, but are they really? Just HELL no.

Iratta- Twin. It wasn't until I googled that I found out that the role of twins is essayed actually by a single person, and this was purely because of the distinctive and phenomenonal potrayal of the twin protagonists DSP Pramod and ACP Vinod played by Joju George. Great job sir 👏👏🏾. If the story is power-packed, one cannot go too much haywire with the plots- screenplay-direction and other nuances of the art of filmmaking. Herein too, keeping the screenplay and plots tightly woven around the central theme of the story, Be it the filmmaker and his team or the actors, their individual contribution seems to have been clearly demarcated to each one, resulting into a clean and crisp delivery of an amazing story through a brilliant movie.
