I woke up feeling anxious this Am, so I did likkle workout to 🧘🏾, release the thoughts 💭 , shake 🫨 off the internal tension and let it go.

Let’s not the start the day off without giving the body time to properly prepare mentally and adjust for tasks scheduled to attack physically.
