Trudeau warned by former Finance Minister that he needs to step up defense spending to achieve NATO obligations sooner than later.

Bill Morneau spoke to Vassy at the Democrat National Convention in Chicago last night and warned that Trudeau needed to step up defense spending to meet our NATO obligations, or risk damaging relations with the United States.
