INGREDIENTS:
5-6 Jalapeños or Large chillies

⁃ CHICKEN FILLING:
100 gms chicken boneless
1 tbsp oil
Half tsp paprika
half tsp garlic powder
half tsp ltalian seasoning
half tsp onion powder
half tsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce

⁃ CHEESE FILLING:
1 cup mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp thick cream (I used puck brand)

COATING:
1 cup flour for coating
2 cup bread crumbs for coating
2 eggs beaten

Fry for 8-9 mins at medium heat.
Airfry or bake at 200C for 10-12 min until a nice golden color is achieved.
