Chair Yoga for Stability - Seated to Standing Journey - Day 5 - 26 Minute Class

It’s Day 5 of the Seated to Standing Chair Yoga Series and we’re focusing on standing postures! In this class, we’ll begin standing using the chair to assist in each posture. We remain on our feet for the entire class, only coming to sit in the chair for a short guided meditation to end the practice.
