I’ve never had a bad day or felt depressed on a day that I did my training in the early morning. Starting your day off with a big win will set you up to keep winning the rest of the day.

Winning is contagious.
Get up, make your bed, brush your teeth, knock out your workout and eat a healthy breakfast all before 7 am.

That’s a lot of wins to get you going.
