Woman almost eaten by tiger after climbing zoo fence

In a walking demonstration of the phrase ‘dumb luck,’ a woman at a New Jersey zoo decided, for some reason, that it would be a great idea to climb into the tiger enclosure and pet one of the tigers. Somehow, she is still in one piece.

Video footage from Cohanzick Zoo shows the unidentified woman climbing over the barrier surrounding the enclosure, before sticking her hand through the fence as if to say ‘Hello, I’m your dinner.’ She narrowly escapes losing her arm as the tiger goes to bite her, before posing for a photo (because of course) and climbing back out.

Police are now trying to identify the woman and wish to ‘speak with her.’ We suspect they just want to ask, ‘what the hell were you thinking?’
