Getting Firewood From A Fire Buffer Clearing

Hello and welcome back!
This week we worked on getting our fire buffer around the big shed. We are looking to create a 50–60-foot buffer around it. The idea is that if a tree were to burn close to the shed it wouldn’t be close enough to cause any fire damage and if the tree were to fall it would not fall on the shed. We are using the trees we are dropping from the clearing to cut and split into firewood to stock our woodshed for the upcoming season. We are a little later than we would like but still much better than last year when we were doing this a month or two later.
Thanks for watching and hope to see you next week, so if you haven’t already subscribed or followed, We would love to have to join us next week.
