Grilled Jerk Chicken Wings: A Test Recipe for a Large Wing Competition

We entered a wing competition so we're trying out some grilled Jamaican Jerk chicken wings with a Mango Habanero sauce... spoiler alert - the charcoal grilled chicken wings with our homemade Jerk barbecue sauce were amazing, but we still have some work to do on the mango sauce... but we still happily ate this whole plate of wings!
