As The Saying Used To Go. Meaning, A Rare Opportunity or A Rarely Happening Occurrence or Event. And A True Blue Moon Is Supposed To Actually Be Blue. Like A Blood Moon Is Red. An Orange (Halloween - Harvest) Moon Is Orange. They Called This A Blue Moon In The Media And Fake Space Agency. However, I'd Say Not. Just Like There Is No Such Thing As A Moon With An Elliptical Orbit To Be Closer To Earth To Create A "Super Moon". The Moon Moves As A Half 8 Figure In The Sky Like The Sun Does A Full 8 Figure. It's In The Shape Of The Branch Of An Olive or Fig Tree, Something Like That. It's A 13 Month 28 Day Cycle. The Lunar Calendar. Or With The 13th Month Added As in The Jewish Adar or Second Adar As It Is Called. That Aside For Now. Point Is The Moon Is A Local Luminary. Casting It's Own Light Source. This Can Be Proven By Shining Any Spotlight or Light Source Onto A Ball And Seeing How It Reflects Back. Size of Light & Ball Doesn't Matter. You Will Always Get The Same Result. A Diffused Reflection With A Bright Spot or "Hot Spot" And Darker Edges. Never A Solid Continuous Light Over the Entire Circle Of The Ball. It Is Impossible. Just Like An Unbroken Solid Line Reflection Across Water, Of the Sun or Moon. Cannot Happen On A Ball. Only On A Flat Surface. The Earth Is Provably Not A Spinning Ball And If The Moon Is A Full Ball, It Is Not Reflecting The Sunlight. It's IMPOSSIBLE.
