KEN'S QUICK & EASY NO CHURN BANANA ICE CREAM

4 c. Frozen Over-Ripe Banana Pieces
14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 pt. Heavy Whipping Cream

In a large blender, puree all of the ingredients together. Place into a 2-gallon sized zip top bag or equally separate the ice cream out into smaller portioned zip top bags of your chosen size. Flatten out and place in a freezer. Every hour or so, knead the ice cream in the bag until will frozen and stiff. Serve as you would any other ice cream. (TIP: For a smoother version of this recipe, puree regular, unfrozen bananas and run them through a fine mesh sieve. Mix the sieved bananas, condensed milk, and vanilla in a bowl. Using an immersion blender, pour a pint of cold heavy whipping cream into a large bowl. Bring the cream to soft peaks. Add in the banana mixture and bring to stiff peaks. Portion out as before. Because the bananas are not frozen, your wait time will increase by an hour or more; but you will be greatly rewarded with a softer, more airy, velvety smooth ice cream.)
