Georgia GOP Chair Josh McKoon: New election rule will prevent 2020 repeat of double scanned ballots

Georgia Republican Party Chairman Josh McKoon says the Georgia State Election Board’s new rule will require the number of ballots and voters be the same before the certification of election results. The rule comes after an independent investigation found Fulton County likely scanned thousands of ballots twice in the 2020 election recount.
