This Lawsuit PROVES Disney is the WORST Company in the WORLD!

Disney is getting dragged for trying to blow off a wrongful death lawsuit stemming from negligence at one of their restaurants in the most underhanded of ways.

Dr. Kanokporn Tangsuan passed after eating a meal at the Raglan Road Irish Pub at Disney World in Florida back in October 2023. Disney is alleging that because her husband, Jeffrey Piccolo, signed up for a free Disney Plus trial, he waives his right to any and all jury trials regarding potential litigation against Disney.

After days of terrible PR, Disney has decided to drop their pursuit for arbitration because it's the "human" thing to do. Unbelievable!
