Are lifestyle changes really required when put on a GLP-1? How long do you plan to be on that GLP-1? After losing the weight, can you manage to maintain it without the Mounjaro...or whatever GLP-1 you're on? I tell you how I've been doing. I came off Mounjaro a few months ago. How is my body adapting?

THE UPDATE: 21 August 2024, Wednesday

Starting weight 225-250 lbs (not real sure as I stopped getting on the scale past the 220 lbs milestone. Denial is a real thing y’all). Starting weight day 1 of Mounjaro (Week 1) 185-190 lbs. Began Mounjaro for the Type 2 diabetes primarily.

I’m now trying to maintain my weight at between 155 and 165 lbs.
