15 Wash your hands before washing your face
- Touching your face with unwashed hands can transfer bacteria and lead to breakouts.

14 Wash your wash with cleanser for AT LEAST 60 secs
- Cleansing for a full 60 seconds ensures that the cleanser has enough time to break down dirt, oil, and impurities, allowing it to penetrate deeper into your pores for a thorough clean.

13 Avoid picking your acne
- Picking at acne can push bacteria deeper into the skin, leading to more inflammation, scarring, and prolonged healing time.
- Use a pimple patch for immediate relief

12 Get enough sleep
- Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night to allow your skin time to repair and rejuvenate.

11 Exfoliation shouldn’t be harsh or too often
- While exfoliating is important, doing it too often can damage your skin barrier and cause irritation. Stick to 1-3 times a week depending on your skin type.

10 Track your skin routine
- Use a skin journal to monitor your progress, identify what works best for your skin, and stay committed to your goals. The link for this is in the description!
- Try it out , id love to hear your feedback!

9 Use products tailored to your skin type
- Whether you have oily, dry, combination skin, etc.
- choose products specifically formulated for your skin type.

8 Don’t use too many new products at once
- Using too many products at once can overwhelm your skin. Stick to a simple, effective routine.

7 Moisturize
- Regardless of your skin type, hydration is key. A good moisturizer helps maintain your skin’s barrier and locks in moisture.

6 Incorporate antioxidants
- Use serums or moisturizers with antioxidants like Vitamin C or E to protect your skin from environmental damage and brighten your complexion.

5 Use sunscreen daily
- Protect your skin from harmful UV rays by applying broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30, even on cloudy days.

4 stay consistent
- Stick to a consistent skincare routine, allowing time for products to show results, as it can take several weeks to see improvements. By utilizing a journal to track the products you use, monitoring & noting any reactions, you can fine-tune your routine to find what truly works best for your skin.

3 Change pillowcases regularly 1x week
- Your pillowcase can accumulate oils, bacteria, and dirt that can transfer to your skin. Change it at least once a week.

2 Keep your hair clean
- Oils and products from your hair can transfer to your skin, leading to breakouts, especially around the forehead and jawline.

1 Avoid comedogenic products
- Coconut oil & shea butter are examples of comedogenic products. Choose non comedogenic products to avoid clogged pores & breakouts
