So this is the first Calisthenics hybrid workout. Day 1 is focused on strength and if you watched my previous video on the actual program I'm doing you would have see the general template of the training I am going to be doing. Today is focused on strength and cardio, it is a full body calisthenics workout which is actually weighted calisthenics We have weighted pull ups, weighted Dips and Weighted step ups, starting on 3 sets of 5 with time moving towards 5x5. You can follow along with me or just watch how i warm up, set up a workout program to how I do pull ups.
