Chicken cutlets are not only delicious, but also healthy! Chicken meat is rich in protein, which is necessary for the growth and development of the body. And the greens added to the mince will make the dish even more rich. Cutlets can be steamed, baked in the oven or grilled - choose any cooking method you like. This dish goes well with any side dish: mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables. Prepare the cutlets in advance and freeze them - this will help you out at any time when there is no time to cook.
Recipe and ingredients

03:05 Fry on both sides over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

150 g grated mozzarella.

Provencal herbs.
Bake in the oven at 200 °C/400 °F/20 minutes.
1 onion.
2 cloves garlic.
Olive oil.
Minced meat 450 g.
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp.
½ tsp salt.
½ tsp coriander.
½ tsp curry.
1 tsp paprika.
Fry over low heat until cooked.
Rosemary.
Mozzarella.
Bake in the oven at 200 °C/400 °F/15 minutes.

Grind with a blender.

Flour 3 tbsp.
Mix well.

Fry pancakes on both sides.

Milk 300 ml.
Whole wheat flour 200 g, baking powder 2 tsp.
Knead the dough and wait 15 minutes.
Bake for 45 minutes/200°C/400°F.
Cheese 150 g.
Bake for 15 minutes/200°C/400°F.
