Yesterday, one of our interview guests died.

He was Dr Ray Shuey, Assistant Commissioner for Traffic and Operations (Victoria Police), and Vietnam War veteran who was exposed to Monsanto's poisonous 'Agent Orange'.

He battled the resulting illness for many years and unlike American veterans, Ray was never recognised as being affected by the jungle defolient Agent Orange.

In response to class action lawsuits, Monsanto denied scientific evidence, government reports and testimonial accounts of the toxicity of Agent Orange.

This is the life story Ray shared with us in early 2023, covering his time in Vietnam and Victoria Police. After retiring from Victoria Police, his work on road safety and police operational safety continued globally until his death.
