10 Min "Get Going" Workout #2: Jack, Lunge, Kick

Hello Team! Welcome to our second "Get Going" style workout. Like all our videos it's 10 minutes long and this one focuses on burning fat and building endurance.

We have 3 rounds of Jacks, Lunge Runs, and Kicks each getting more challenging as it progresses. There is 45 seconds of active recovery between rounds and a 45 second finisher! We have modifications for each exercise and if a rounds exercise is too challenging go back to the previous version.

All you need is a mat and 1 dumbbell (3-12 lbs).

New 10 minute exercise videos will be coming out every Wednesday morning!
